When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be processed within 72 hours. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that during periods of inclement weather or major sales events, processing times may be extended.

All shipped orders will be delivered within 7-8 business days, which includes the 72-hour processing time. Orders placed on business days will be processed within 72 hours, and those placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. Complimentary standard shipping is included at checkout, covering the 7-8 business day delivery timeframe.

Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, with no minimum purchase required.
- Free Standard Shipping (7-8 business days) is automatically applied at checkout on all orders before taxes are added.
- Taxes: All taxes are included in the listed prices, meaning there are no additional charges at checkout for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. This ensures transparency and convenience for our customers.
Virtual Bazar reserves the right to modify this offer at any time and will announce any changes publicly. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse shipping orders without cause, providing a full refund to the customer. This is mainly to prevent fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
Where is my order shipping from?
Your order will be carefully hand-wrapped and shipped from Northampton, England, where Virtual Bazar is proudly headquartered. There are no customs duties or additional fees applied to your order.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please follow these steps:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence (e.g., front door, back door, porch, mailbox).
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Contact the courier using your tracking number to initiate a claim.
Lost Package Requests
You must report lost packages within 10 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the results. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your request.
Based on the outcome of our investigation, we can:
- Reship Your Order: If you choose to have the order reshipped, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost, following the standard shipping time of 7-8 business days.
- Provide a Refund: Once we confirm that your item is lost and you request a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days. Please allow up to 15 additional days for your bank to credit the amount to your account.
Proof of Delivery
If we have proof of delivery, such as a tracking number, delivery photo, or signature confirmation, and it shows that the package was delivered to the correct address, we are not responsible for a refund. In such cases, it will be the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier or take additional steps to locate the package.
Do We Ship to APO/DPO?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to APO/DPO or military addresses at this time.
Can I Add an Item to My Order if It Has Not Shipped Yet?
For security and logistical reasons, we cannot add items to an existing order once it has been placed. If you would like to purchase additional items, please place a separate order.
Can I Place an Order for More Than $300 as a New Customer?
For new customers (USA), we kindly ask that initial orders do not exceed $300. If your order exceeds this amount, please place multiple orders. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure secure and smooth transactions for all customers.
How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online.

Where Is My Package? My Tracking Number States “Delivered,” But I Did Not Receive My Package. FedEx, UPS, etc. Cannot Locate My Package.

We offer free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. However, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Our shipments within the USA are dispatched from our headquarters in Northampton, England.

How Do I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours for a full refund. If you cancel between 2 and 4 hours after placing the order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the cost of round-trip shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Note: If your order has already been shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we will not be able to process the cancellation.
