Change of Mind or Color Issue
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or color preference, the following applies:
- Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refund Deduction: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of the return label.

At Virtual Bazar, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. We provide high-quality images and detailed product descriptions on our website. However, please be aware that colors may appear differently on different screens due to variations in display settings. As such, color discrepancies are not considered a manufacturing defect and will be treated as a change of mind or did not meet expectations return.
Conditions for Return

- The item must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition.
- To initiate a return request, original photos of the unopened item, showing its condition and packaging, must be submitted.

Timeframe for Returns
- Initiating a Return: Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Any requests received after this period will not be accepted.
- Returning the Item: Once your return request is approved (typically within 1-2 business days), the item must be returned within 45 days of receipt. Returns received after this timeframe will not be processed.

- Return Rejection
- If the returned item is found to be ineligible for return (e.g., used or not in original condition), the return will be rejected. The item will be sent back to you at no additional charge, and no refund will be issued.
- Return Approval & Next Steps
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:- Replacement: If you requested a replacement, we will reship the item at no extra cost. The replacement will be shipped within 7-8 business days.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from approval. Please allow an additional 15 business days for your bank to credit the refund to your account.
- Note: From initiating a return request to receiving the refund in your bank account, the entire process may take 30-35 business days.
The following conditions will result in the automatic rejection of your return:
- The item returned does not match the original pictures provided.
- The wrong item or a different item is sent back than what was originally ordered.
- The item is damaged, and the damage was not reported as the reason for the return.
- The item is returned without its original packaging.
- The item is not in resellable condition (e.g., used or soiled).
- The item is missing accessories or parts that were originally included.
In the event of a return rejection, the item will be sent back to you at no additional cost, and no refund will be issued.
